Hi Friends and Family-
Josie's Place is participating in the SF Marathon Family Lollipop 1K on Saturday July 22nd! Please support me as the Team Captain for Josie's Place's first ever fundraising run!
In memory of my parents, Jack & Elizabeth Schaeffer, I'll join Josie's Place children, families, friends and alumni as we walk, jog or maybe even dance 1K in honor of our people who died. DONATE to support us! You are also welcome to run with us by joining our team, or come say hi at our post race picnic at Tunnel Tops Park (Presidio Steps!)

As many of you know, I co-facilitate peer support groups twice a month for 9-12 year old children who are grieving the loss of a parent or loved one. Josie’s Place provides a safe, caring environment that supports San Francisco Bay Area children, teens, and their families who are grieving a death of a family member or friend. We support families through education, compassion and understanding as they integrate loss into their lives at their own pace. You can learn more at https://josiesplace.org/
